Surfaces we clean
Dirt, mildew, algae and tire marks build up on every outdoor surface in New Jersey's humid summers and wet winters. Power washing takes years off a property in a single visit, but only if the pressure and technique match the surface. That is where most damage happens, and where we take the most care.
- Driveways and sidewalks. Concrete and asphalt cleaned of dirt, mildew and surface stains, with even passes so the finish does not come out striped.
- Patios and pavers. Green growth, moss and grime removed from pavers and stone, with joints cleaned out so they can be resanded if needed.
- Decks and fences. Wood and composite washed at low pressure to lift dirt and gray without raising the grain or gouging boards.
- Vinyl and stucco siding. Soft washing for green algae and black streaks on siding without forcing water behind panels or into stucco.
How a power washing job works
- Call or text 609-332-8852 or send the estimate form with the surfaces you want cleaned.
- We walk the property, check each surface and its condition, and note plants, outlets, lights and windows that need protection.
- You get a written price by surface, so you can choose what to clean now and what can wait.
- Work and cleanup. We rinse plants before and after, wash each surface with the right pressure and nozzle, and rinse the area clean.
Why the right pressure matters
More pressure is not better. Too much pressure etches concrete, leaving permanent wand marks. It blows the sand out of paver joints, splinters soft wood and can crack old stucco. We use high pressure where the surface can take it and low pressure with cleaning solution where it cannot, so you get a clean surface with no damage.
Shaded lots under big trees in Moorestown and Mt Laurel grow green algae on north facing siding and walks. Homes near the Delaware River in Riverside and Burlington see mildew from the extra moisture. Both clean up well with the right method.
Before a sale, party or sealing
Clean surfaces photograph better for a listing and make a big difference before a graduation or summer party. If you plan to seal or stain a deck or seal pavers, washing first is a must so the sealer bonds.
