Outdoor work in New Egypt and Plumsted Township
New Egypt is the main village in Plumsted Township, in the western corner of Ocean County. It is a different kind of property from the suburbs closer to Route 38. Homes sit on larger rural lots, many with tree lines, outbuildings, fields and horse paddocks. Crosswicks Creek winds through town, and farms and open land surround the village center along Routes 528, 537 and 539. Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst is just down the road, and many military families live in and around town.
What New Egypt property owners call us for
Tree work and storm cleanup
Long tree lines along driveways and fields take a beating in storms. We trim back limbs over driveways, barns and sheds, remove deadwood and clean up after storms, cutting and hauling the debris. See tree care.
Stump grinding
Clearing for a new pole barn, garden or paddock leaves stumps behind. We grind them below grade and can topsoil and seed the area. More on stump removal.
Junk and debris removal
Rural properties collect old fencing, lumber, brush piles, concrete and worn out equipment. We load and haul it away so the land is usable again. See junk removal.
Lawn seeding and cleanups
Big lawns with bare or worn areas come back well with fall seeding on tilled, loosened soil. Spring and fall yard cleanups clear leaves, branches and overgrowth along fences and outbuildings.
Working on larger rural lots
On a big property, planning matters. During the walkthrough we look at access for our trailer, soft ground near fields and creeks, and where debris can be staged. We price the job in writing so you know the full cost before we start, even on large cleanups that cover acres rather than a front yard.
Fresh beds and patios
Even on a farm property, the area around the house is what people see first. We clean up and mulch beds, plant shrubs and perennials, and build paver patios and walkways with our landscaping and hardscaping services. Power washing cleans siding, decks and fences that see a lot of dust and mildew.
Seasonal needs in New Egypt
Spring brings cleanups and fence line clearing. Summer means trimming and mowing season overgrowth along tree lines. Fall is the time for seeding and leaf cleanup. Winter storms bring down limbs and whole trees on open, windy properties, and we answer storm calls outside regular hours when possible.
