Yard Cleanups in New Jersey

Spring and fall resets plus one time cleanups on neglected properties: leaf removal, gutter cleaning, branches and storm debris, weeding, overgrowth and pool areas.

What a yard cleanup covers

A cleanup gets the property back to a clean starting point. It is the job most people call us for first, whether it is the yearly spring reset, fall leaves, or a yard that has gotten away from them.

  • Leaf removal from lawns, beds, fence lines and under shrubs, hauled away so nothing blows back.
  • Gutter cleaning so water runs off the roof and away from the foundation.
  • Branches and storm debris picked up, cut down and removed after wind and ice.
  • Weeding and overgrowth. We pull weeds from beds, cut back vines, and clear brush and saplings along fences and property lines.
  • Pool area cleanups to open in spring or close in fall: debris cleared, beds and edges trimmed back, decks blown off.

How a cleanup works

  1. Call or text 609-332-8852 or send the estimate form and tell us whether it is a seasonal cleanup or a one time job.
  2. We walk the property with you and agree on what gets cut back, what stays and where the problem spots are.
  3. You get a written price for the full scope, including hauling.
  4. Work and cleanup. We clear, trim and bag or load, blow off hard surfaces and haul everything away the same day.

Why seasonal cleanups matter

Leaves left on the lawn all winter smother the grass and leave dead patches by spring. Clogged gutters overflow and send water down the foundation, which leads to wet basements and ice in winter. Weeds left in beds through summer drop seed for next year. A spring and fall cleanup heads off most of these problems before they turn into repairs.

Towns with mature trees, like Moorestown, Mt Laurel and Medford, get heavy leaf drop every November, and pine needles in Medford and New Egypt fill gutters faster than most people expect.

One time cleanups for neglected properties

Rentals between tenants, homes being sold, estates and properties that sat empty all need a reset. We clear years of overgrowth, haul debris and get the yard ready for photos, showings or new owners. If there is junk to go too, our junk removal service can handle it in the same visit.

After the cleanup

A cleanup is the natural time for fresh mulch, edging and trimming. Many clients book landscaping right after their spring cleanup so the beds are done in one trip.

Questions

Common questions

When should I book a fall cleanup?

Most fall cleanups happen from late October through early December, after most leaves have dropped. Some properties with many trees benefit from two visits.

Do you haul away the leaves and debris?

Yes. Hauling is included, so you are not left with piles or bags at the curb.

Can you clean gutters on a two story house?

Yes, we clean gutters on most one and two story homes. We check access during the walkthrough.

Do you do one time cleanups or only regular service?

Both. Many clients book one time cleanups for move outs, sales or overgrown lots, while others set up spring and fall visits every year.
